Returns and Exchanges

We understand that choosing the right product can sometimes be difficult – that’s why we’re here for you!

If you're unsure about your choice or size, no problem. You now have a full 60 days to decide.

• If you return the item within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund your money.
• If you return the item between the 15th and 60th day, we’ll send you a VOUCHER in the full amount, which you can use for your next purchase on our NEBSHOP website.

Conditions for return or exchange

• The goods must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
• Please pack the goods carefully to avoid damage during transport.

1. Return and Exchange Process

1A. Return within 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with § 1829(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.

The returned goods must be complete, unused, and in original condition. We aim to refund your money within 14 business days after receiving the returned goods.

If you return the entire order that qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This is in line with § 1832(2) of the Civil Code.

1B. Return between 15–60 days

We have extended the return period to 60 days. If the goods are returned between the 15th and 60th day, we will send you a VOUCHER for the full amount, which can be used for your next purchase. The goods must be complete, unused, and in original condition.

1C. Exchange

If you wish to exchange the size or model, simply return the goods and indicate the desired size/model in the attached form.

We will cover the shipping costs of sending you the new package 🙂

2. How to send us the goods

Using your preferred carrier:

3. Ask the carrier for a shipment confirmation.
4. Within a few days, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the package.

Please note: The cost of returning or exchanging goods is covered by the customer, in accordance with § 1820(1)(g) of the Civil Code.

Important: Returns or exchanges are only possible for goods purchased directly from the NEBSHOP e-shop. Items purchased elsewhere (e.g., physical stores or other websites) will be automatically returned back to the sender with a full processing and shipping fee charged.
