Complaints
At Nebshop, we offer only new and unworn products to ensure the highest quality for our customers. If a product arrives with a defect, we’re truly sorry – but we’ll make it right.
How we handle complaints:
We always aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible, within 30 calendar days from receiving the package – in accordance with the law.
- If the defect is repairable, the product will be repaired properly and promptly.
- If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with a new one or refund your money.
What you need to do:

Fill out the complaint form:
- Include the form and the invoice (or a copy) with the item.
- Pack the product securely and send it to the following address:

Please keep the shipping confirmation from the carrier.
